- How do I book a party?
Click on the Contact Us link for our contact information and hours of operation. Call, email or book an appointment to visit our location to book your party.
- Is there a maximum number of children allowed?
Each party package has a maximum number of children and adults. Check each package to view the maximums allowed. We can accommodate up to 40 children and 100 adults when using the whole facility.
- Do you offer private parties?
We ONLY offer private parties where you have your own large private playground and party room for your guests – either the Jungle or Gym Room. We are not open to the public. You can also book the entire facility and have exclusive use of all rooms in the facility.
- Are parents allowed to bring food into the facility?
Yes. You can bring your own cake and food/drink into the facility – subject to approval by the management. We do not allow nuts or nut products into the facility. All other food is welcome.
- Are parents allowed at the party?
Parents are welcome to attend and participate in the adventure. We find that most parents want to participate and watch the adventure unfold. We ask that there is a minimum of 2 supervising adults for each party.
- Is there a deposit required to book a party?
The deposit is $50 and is non-refundable.
- What happens if I need to cancel the party?
If your party must be cancelled, we will be happy to reschedule the party to another date and time. We will apply the deposit to the new date.
- Is there an ideal number of children for the party?
We suggest that the ideal number is between 12-15 children. This allows us to focus our attention on each guest.
- Where will the party be held?
We can host the party at our party centre facility at 170 Ambassador Drive in Mississauga.
- What age group do your parties cater to?
We offer several party themes that cater to children from 1-10 years of age. All of our party themes contain activities that appeal to a wide range of ages.
